A leading business personality in the Siliguri region, Mr. Naresh Kumar Bansal, is the Chairman of all group companies of MB Group. He is the mentor of the entire group and is the key person of the company. He is responsible for the overall working of the firm and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the firm. He is very optimistic, soft minded and has a very pleasant personality. With strong expertise in financial arena and years of industry experience, he has nurtured a culture of complete professionalism in the Group’s activities.

He looks after the production department of the bought leaf segment. He has contributed a lot to diversify the MB Group into the real estate field as well. His sharp eyes for detailing coupled with his expertise makes his one of the worthiest member of the group.He is well aware of the fact that customer satisfaction is the greatest factor in taking any business to towering heights.

He is a highly qualified young man of 32 years of age. He did his MBA from University of Manchester, England. He is a sincere, hard working & highly energetic young man. He is truly a master in business administration. He also handles the sales and the marketing department of the Packet tea Division.

He has been showing his extraordinary skills to grow the business since he has joined the establishment. He has consistently brought new and fresh strategies for the growth of the business. His positive thinking and business schemes have taken the business to a higher level of success.

Aayush Bansal has done his family managed business course from a very reputed institute namely “S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research”. He actively takes part in the purchase and production and sales department of our bought leaf tea factories. His specialty is in blending of tea to give the most aromatic and flavorful Tea with over five year of experience. He is known for his excellent networking skills and has successfully established cordial relationships with the employees, customers and suppliers of the group already.

The youngest and the liveliest member of the MB Group. At such a young age he has earned immense glory for his brilliant work in the Tea industry. He has done is BBM from the Jain University, CMS in Bangalore. He shows great interest in the sales division of the bought tea leaf factories. With his knowledge and experience he has become capable to give significant operational insights and strategies for marketing in innovative ways. He flaunts his passion for working and dedicating his time to the mentor staffs for helping them out in their skills.
